Refund Policy

Buyer protection

Upfront holds payment in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. If an item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described, the buyer may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery.

Dispute resolution

When a dispute is raised, we will review the listing, photos, and messages between buyer and seller. If we determine the item was misrepresented, the buyer will receive a full refund. If the item matches the listing description, the seller will receive their payout as normal.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Funds are returned to the buyer’s original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellations

Buyers may cancel an order before the seller has shipped the item for a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, the standard dispute process applies.
